Leah Davidson: Nervous System

With over 2 decades of working in the area of Traumatic Brain Injury, Leah brings vast knowledge and practical application of nervous system work for you as a coach.

Leah Davidson is a Certified Life Coach, Professional Resilience Coach, and Consultant. She is also a Speech Language Pathologist and has spent over two decades working in the area of Traumatic Brain Injury. She is also certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy, EFT, and Breathwork. As the host of the Building Resilience Podcast and the creator of the Advanced Training for Nervous System Resilience, Leah focuses on helping people learn to befriend their nervous system, manage their mindset and cultivate resilience. She is passionate about teaching others how to resolve and prevent burnout, stress, and compassion fatigue. Leah lives in Toronto, Ontario, Canada with her husband Rob and they have a blended family with 5 children. She loves to learn, grow, hike, read, travel and spend time with friends and family.

Melanie Fay: EFT Coach

Using the Emotional Freedom Technique, Melanie will deepen your ability to use thought-work effectively and cultivate lasting change for your clients through releasing blocked emotions.

Melanie Fay is a certified EFT (aka Tapping) coach and gifted healer. She has taught in multiple advanced certifications as an expert guest, and is known in the coaching space as a unique asset to any training. She has helped hundreds of clients release blocked emotions, changing their relationship to their past, present and future as well as changing their relationship to themselves. She is known for her caring, authentic, and gentle approach to releasing long held stresses, emotions and beliefs. Tapping works beautifully combined with thought work by incorporating the body's response to new thoughts and actions. Through tapping we can discover and release old ways of thinking and behaving which no longer are in service of our goals or ways we would like to feel in our lives. As we unload (process) the weight and residue of unintentional thoughts and emotions, it becomes easier and easier to consciously make changes. Becoming increasingly free from the pain and fear from the past (which is stored in our nervous system) we more easily move toward and trust the good life we are wanting to consciously create.

Lindsay Poelman: Relationship Trauma

As co-creator of Advanced Relationship Trauma Certification for Coaches, Lindsay is well-versed in betrayal trauma, relationships, and how to create a safe space for every client.

Upon experiencing her own Betrayal Trauma 8 years ago, Lindsay became so passionate about the resources she found to support herself that she left her career in public and derivative accounting to become a life coach. After seeking additional training and working with women in trauma for over 5 years, Lindsay joined forces with a Trauma Therapist to co-create Advanced Relationship Trauma Certification for Coaches. Her training equips coaches to provide the deep and safe healing possible for clients across the board who have experienced trauma. Lindsay’s vision is that the whole world be trauma-informed in order to better support personal healing, clients, abuse victims seeking support from families, clergy, and friends for help after being victimized. She currently lives in the South of France with her husband and three children. She loves the sun, the sea, French cuisine, being outside in nature, Mary Magdalene, traveling, and more. She sometimes says that if she came back in another life she'd be a tour guide because she loves exploring with people she loves.

As founder of Mom Goes On for widows, creator of Advanced Grief Coach Certification, and a widow herself, Krista is the perfect person to teach about grief and post-traumatic growth.

Krista St-Germain is a Master Certified Life Coach, grief expert, widow, mom and host of The Widowed Mom Podcast. When her husband was killed by a drunk driver in 2016, Krista’s life was completely flipped upside down. And while it would have been easy to believe her best days were behind her, thankfully Krista discovered Life Coaching and Post Traumatic Growth and was able to move forward and create a future she could get excited about. Now she coaches and teaches other widows so they can love life again, too.
