Hey, coach. Welcome to May 31st, 2023. I don't know about you, but time seems to be absolutely flying. I know they say the older you get, that time flies, and I don't know if that's it or if it just seems like the world is just moving a little quicker, everything's going a little faster. We are all expecting ourselves to go faster. But I just, I can't believe that another school year has come and gone, and here's my message for you about this.

I hope that all of you take the time to really enjoy what is happening in front of you. Make sure that as you are taking the steps in your business, that will make you more money and create the life that you want, that you're also enjoying the life you want right now, enjoying the life that you have. I hope we can all slow down just a little bit. Even if just this summer, make an effort to slow down a little and appreciate what is. I'm gonna be telling you a little bit more about how I will be doing that over the summer with the podcast in just a minute. Today's episode is the last episode in the series on foundations in your coaching business.

Now tomorrow, enrollment for Masterful Coach Foundations, the program, is closing. So I know some of you are signed up and I've talked with so many of you. So this episode is really a q and a episode for those of you wondering, "Okay, what exactly is this Foundation's program? How is it different from the 10 K Accelerator? What do I get? What do I do? How does this work?"

This episode is for you. So that's what we're going to be diving into starting next month in June. This is what you can expect on the podcast. I am going to take some space this summer to connect with family, connect with friends, connect with myself and really the energy in my business will be totally focused on my clients, those of you joining me in foundations and also in my advanced certification and community.

So the podcast will be broadcast every other week. And all summer, I am bringing you incredible interviews. I've got several of them already ready for you. You're gonna hear about nervous system work. You're gonna hear from an incredible business coach who has a gift for helping you see what it is that's missing in your business. You're going to hear from another coach who actually started as a computer nerd, in his words, and has created not only an incredible coaching membership, but a software program that makes everything easier. So, so much good stuff to come, and I hope you really enjoy all the interviews throughout the summer.

Okay, let's do it. Masterful coach foundations. What is it? What are you gonna get? What does that even mean? How is it relevant to you? Let's talk about it. If you are a coach who would rather coach and teach than market any day of the week, this is the perfect program for you. If you are a coach who wishes that it were easier for you to accept money, to ask for money to make offers, and close the sale, and you are not interested in a sales script, this program is for you. If you are a coach who finds it fairly easy to really connect with your clients and you really enjoy that personal experience with your clients, this would also be a very good fit for you. If you are a coach who does not want to spend time doing all the things, does not want to spend time on paid advertising at the moment, or understanding Google Analytics or the algorithm, this would also be a very good program for you.

This program is not those things. I want to be crystal clear on that. And if you are a coach who really cares about coaching your clients, at a high level, at a really deep level, emotionally and otherwise, this program is also for you because it is very comprehensive. So I'm gonna talk about how this works exactly with each aspect of the program.

So Masterful Coach Foundations is a place where you will have a step-by-step checklist of only the most relevant things that you need to be focusing on in your business to start to make money now as a coach and to also check off some basic things in your business that will serve you in the long term.

Now I wanna back up and help you understand why this is the case. I could certainly help all of you just make money now and bring clients in without a system, without a process, without really creating much. And I could also help you to focus on list building and long-term growth activities. And the problem is that if I help you with only one of those, you will be more likely set up to have ups and downs in your business.

Because quick wins in your business, signing clients now, is helpful. It gives you experience, it teaches you skills, it brings money in, which is all helpful, right? It's also important to do those long-term growth activities where you are putting some systems in place, putting pieces of your funnel in place.

But the problem is that if you're only making money now, you're always going to be scrambling. And if you're only working on the long term, you're not making money now. And so wherever you may fall in this, just know that it's normal for you to lean toward one side or the other. And the purpose of this program, in part, is to help you find that sweet spot in the middle where you will have a specific checklist of the things you need to do to start making money now, and a specific checklist that, and actually I should say it's one checklist that, but the there is overlap between these two areas. And so you have one checklist with the essentials to make money now and for the long-term growth activities.

The benefit of this is several things. Number one, there's a lot of value in you having a checklist that will keep you from believing you have to do all the things and do it now. There's a lot of value in having me as your coach help you set the timeline and plan for the things that you will create. There is a lot of value in you having clarity on what the activities are that are actually bringing money in now, and which ones you need to have some patience with.

Just having that clarity alone will allow you to be more focused on the things you are doing in your business. It will allow you to be more effective in doing those things and the activities you'll be doing will be both building confidence now as you're getting more experience in making money. And also build your patience as you work on things long-term.

Let's talk a little bit more about confidence. So in addition to the 10K Accelerator method curriculum, which will help you make money now and be set up in the long-term with a simple doable checklist, you will also be getting access to Master Your Coaching Calls with me. So one thing that I've done for seven of the nine years in my coaching business is training and teaching coaches. I have an advanced coaching curriculum. I've trained master coaches and created curriculum for that as well. And this is something I'm super passionate about for several reasons.

Number one, I believe in high quality coaching. Number two, I believe that there is a great opportunity for you to help your clients at a much deeper level than you are now. And number three, I believe that your confidence and competence as a coach can catapult your coaching business, not only because it's pretty easy to refer to someone when they're an amazing coach, right? But also because if your competence and your confidence is not there, everything else you're doing in terms of marketing or sales will be slowed down.

Because if you are lacking confidence as to how you're gonna help people once they actually become a client, why in the world would you want to make offers and sell? Why would you be effective in your marketing if you know that the other side of that is you having to deliver on something that you have a fraud complex around? Okay, so in the Foundations program, not only are you working on the 10K method, the 10 K curriculum, but you also have those master year coaching calls. And I've found that this combination is really beautiful because it also lends itself to you having a greater depth of coaching experience, for you personally, as well in the program.

Let's talk about another element of this program, which is the Amazing Experts. So over the last several weeks, as I have been sharing about foundations in your business, you heard from several experts, Pretty Penny Accounting. We talked with Ashley, we talked with Christie, who is a lawyer for coaches and online consultants. You heard from Dina and Jenny all about branding and tech, and these are some of the experts that have additional trainings in my program. Because having these basic things checked off is huge when it comes to you confidently moving forward.

So while that is not the main curriculum in the program, I have those trainings and that support for you there, and I'm just super happy about how it's all come together. So let's back up a little bit. We've got the 10K curriculum where you are going to set your plan to make your next 10K. You're going to have your 90 day goals of everything you're gonna create, which I'm gonna talk about in just a minute. You're going to have the master your coaching calls to expand and deepen your ability to coach, and you're going to have access to all of these other expert trainings that will provide you foundational pieces and knowing how to run a coaching business.

Okay, let's talk about what you'll actually create. So in the program, the way it works is we meet together first to set your timeline for your 90 days and your 10K accelerator checklist. And then every single week we are having a coaching call. And on that coaching call, we talk strategy, we talk mindset work, we talk emotion work, which is a big piece of it that I'll also speak about separately. So that is the focus on a regular basis.

Now, within that, within the trainings that you're doing for the 10K curriculum, and within those calls, you're going to be creating things in your business that you'll be using now and long term. Some of the things that you will create in this time- and by the way, I just wanna throw out there, I'm not encouraging you to overwork. So as you hear this list, I want you to keep in mind that you are entering a program that gives you space and permission to, and actually encourages you to, make sure that you are prioritizing your personal life values.

Okay, so some of the things you will create is a one and done masterclass where you'll have an outline of a signature talk that you teach and a process to convert clients from it. You will also create your freebie, your Nurture series emails, and have everything in place to bring in those paid clients. You will have a clear process as to how you will move people from those listening to your content to actually being a client of yours. You will also create pitches to get yourself on more podcasts and in front of more audiences so that you can speak to more of your ideal clients now, rather than waiting until you've built a big list and following, one person at a time.

So these are some of the things you will actually be creating as tangibles. Your freebie, your email, your process to bring clients in the door, your one and done masterclass and everything that goes along with it. And all of these pieces will truly be finished and in place, your pitch, and you'll also either have completed, or at least booked, a lot of opportunities to get in front of more people. So that is what you will be creating within the program as you work together through the Focus Trainings, the Success Guide worksheets and the live calls and support online.

Okay, so the next thing that I want to emphasize with you is emotion work. There are a lot of business coaches out there more than ever. There are a lot of business coaches for coaches out there more than ever, and some coaches tend to specifically focus on mindset and beliefs and thoughts, which is a really powerful thing to focus on. Some coaches focus on strategy, tangibles, techniques, which is also very powerful, and there are a lot of coaches that also bring those two together.

What makes this program so different, and all of you as my clients that know me can attest to this, that I cannot overemphasize the importance of having a coach who is trauma informed and who knows how to work with your emotions. Because in truth, if we are using cognitive work, mindset work, thought work, mind management, belief work, whatever you wanna call it, if we are not aware, if your coach helping you is not aware of how emotions, and specifically emotions stored in your body, interact with your thoughts and beliefs, then at times you can actually be more detrimental in your effort.

This is what I wanna say. In the well-intended effort taken to move you forward, by looking at your thoughts, you can actually hold yourself back. Because what happens is I can talk with my client, right? And you can see clearly how many of you have experienced this where you can see clearly, "Well, this is just a thought. This isn't really true. I should believe something different. And even part of me does believe something different."

But yet there's something inside of you that you keep budding up against. This is because when there is space between where you are cognitively, and where you are emotionally, you need a coach that can help you bridge that gap and bring the two together. And that right there is what I specialize in as a coach for you. Because yes, I help you with mindset work. And yes, we look at the beliefs and yes, yes, yes, we have a strategy and a checklist.

And what I hope to give you beyond anything else, beyond any clients you get when you're working with me beyond any money you make, is I want to help you to truly connect with the emotional parts of you that are currently holding you back in your business. I want to help you to have greater self connection, greater self trust, greater stillness. All those things in you at a deeper level that are going to make all the strategy and all the mindset work and all the belief work make those actually effective for you.

Coach, this is a high level of what you can expect in Masterful Coach Foundations.
