This is perfect for you if you already have a coaching skill set, training, and the ability to help people with your services. You need to be ready to take action together. The process is step-by-step and I’m there with you every step of the way! If you are just starting to consider coaching, but don’t have experience yet, this is not for you.

Your program will be fully designed by the end of our day. If your program is primarily coaching, exercises, worksheets, or live calls, you may have everything you need to begin selling and delivering it immediately. If your program includes recorded teaching, you won't necessarily have every video recorded before we finish, but you'll know exactly what each piece needs to cover and have a clear plan for creating it.

Prior to the VIP day you will fill out intake paperwork and, based on your specific needs, I will email you directions for how to prepare for the day. Our time together will be broken into multiple sessions to include coaching, brainstorming, task completion, feedback, and strategy for next steps. We will meet on Zoom in the morning, review the project, set the agenda, and get to work. The day is extremely focused, but this is not the same as high-stress hustle mentality. The key to an effective day is to ensure that you feel supported, relaxed, and able to access your greatest creative potential.

Depending on the cost of the program, my clients typically recoup this investment with 1-3 client packages. Beyond that, your program will be sold over and over again- this is a box that you can check and leverage for years to come. Also included in your VIP day is your “program expansion strategy.” This is your personalized blueprint to convert 1:1 coaching to a DIY course, or a DIY course to a group program, or even the path to turning it into your first book! The goal of our work together is to create a program you can sell over and over in a variety of formats.

No, a niche is not required to design a program. We will definitely be honing in on one of the problems that you can solve, but niching down is not required.

I don’t do well under pressure, what if I can’t work that quickly?

While it is a very focused day, there is nothing rushed about the process. In fact, your best work will come as you are able to feel connected with yourself and at ease in the process.
